On one hand, technological training on medical devices is a major aspect of the requirements in decree of issued by the Invima 1also health training protocols are an aspect disoositivos the resolution of issued by the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection 2. Several Colombian and international regulations indicate the need to perform training on medical devices oriented to clinic users and other personnel.
An important aspect to implement user training on medical devices in different health centers is to promote the correct use of these devices, that implies the performing a safe and quality patient care as well as other aspects attending deceeto.
Another aspect to take into account, is the equipment preservation. This article aims to analyze previous reviews on training models and to implement some variations on methodological practices to develop a training model based on the results training a group of bioengineering students. An appropriate training to the assistant personnel allows to know and practice the correct technology management which provides greater security to the patients, as well as better diagnostics and treatments.
In long terms this helps to reduce the incidence of medical equipment failure, since a great percentage of accidents and damages originates from mistakes made by the operator when the implementation of biomedical equipment fails 4. Measure usability in health-care environments allows to optimize the benefits of technology implementation.
Studies carried out in Finland about health-care personnel experience with the EHR Electronic Health Record demonstrate the need to optimize the implementation of health technologies. According to statistics reported inthe knowledge using these Systems remains as critical as in 5. To achieve this objective, trained personal should give continuous training to health-care entities that are governed by mandatory regulations on technovigilance.
One of them is about technological training on medical devices and services necessary to the correct functioning of medical equipment. In Colombia it is stablished by the Invima on the decree of 1 and on the resolution of issued by the Colombian Ministry of social protection 2 that is related to training protocols in companies providing health-care services. Other voluntary standards like ISO ofestablish a model to ensure a quality management system in products and services 6.
ISO of specifies requirements for a quality management system 7 and national health-care accreditation with its technology standard focused on efficiency, effectiveness and safety 8. All these regulations indicate the minimum requirements for a medical center due to the constant newtechnology acquisition, personnel exchange, or just by the inexperience on the correct equipment usage 4.
There are several and accessible training models that can be carried out by determining the best way to do it. Based on this study it is intended, first, to incorporate training models by analyzing and coupling its results obtaining a structured and improved plan to perform this work in an optimal manner; and second, to assess the efficiency of different methodologies implemented in the training as well as their impact through some kirkpatrick-model parameters to afterwards analyze the results by quantifying the knowledge through written and practical tests.
For the correct development of the project, it is intended as a first instance, to execute a management plan that will help us to solve the problem in the most appropriate way. The project contains several stages. First of them is search bibliography regarding the basic concepts of healthcare personnel training, which is mainly emphasized in vital-sings monitors. Secondly, acquire excellent knowledge and skills to manage vital-sings monitor by applying theoretical resources to the practice.
In third place, search various training models and chose one to apply. Accordingly, adjustment stage is the last one, executing variations to obtain different results that were analyzed based on the feedback received.
The process was divided into a theoretical and a practical test, both consist of a series of functions to perform or theory to know about the biomedical device of a document provided by the provider with some modifieds because the document was one of the meeicos of series but no with vital-signs monitor implemented, the final test consisted of 30 questions.
The learning level was assessed by two parameters: The right answer through a theoretical test and by right answer and response time through a practical test.
We took the answers from a vital-sings monitor medivos as the reference to establish the assessment range from 1 to 3, being 3 the highest level and 1 the lowest based on rubrics.
The first part of the present project was made with students to strengthen their abilities as they will have to solve this type of situations in the future, wherefore bioengineers must impart training to assistance personnel in healthcare facilities. This is intended to increase the health-care personnel problem-solving skills with vital signs monitor.
Initially three sessions are held in dislositivos the population is characterized and describe the methodology to be performed Session I: Initially a global theoretical introduction is made about the monitor and why it is necessary to perform these procedures, later for the training of equipment management. The session was divided into 2 parts in order to compare and analyze the results obtained from a subgroup of people who were statistically with non-probabilistic sampling meficos chosen to perform the evaluation of theoretical or practical knowledge after the training.
In order to compare the results of session 1, a practical training session is held with a group of 20 bioengineering students coursing the eighth and ninth semester where a group of 10 people were statistically with nonprobabilistic sampling 10 chosen to perform the practical test and a theoretical training session is held with a group of 10 bioengineering students coursing the six semester, in this session all population realized the theoretical test.
The results obtained on the project were based, first, on the characterization of the population to be trained on biomedical technology; second, on the establishment of the training protocol implemented for each variation; and lastly, on the assessment of the established parameters. The functions contained in the user manual provided by the medical device provider, were classified in two levels: The questionnaire was carried out after the training and consists of 30 questions about appropriate connections, functions or commands to perform some action or measurement of the body through the monitor and others about theoretical knowledge.
Table 1 shows the different training sessions, the results and the characteristics of each one.
MABEL ANDREA AGUIRRE
Based on the results obtained devreto the different sessions, a comparison is made between the performance and learning of the students in the two modalities of evaluation. The following figures represents the results obtained from the theoretical and practical part of session 1 that shows number of participants answer correctly each question.
The next figures represents the resuls obtained from the practical part by session number 2, the first one shows number of participants answer correctly each question and the others show a comparison between the results obtained in sessions 2 in terms of the responses of the basic and intermediate level evaluations respectively, as well as in terms of the guidelines of the provider advisor taken as a reference to assess the knowledge level to manage vitalsings monitors.
From both graphs 2 and 3it is possible disposirivos identify some questions in which knowledge should be reinforced, also, it should be noted that the results brought out from the theoretical training were not as satisfactory as the results from the practical training. The last session corresponding to Fig.
APPLICATION OF A VITAL SIGNS MONITOR USAGE TRAINING MODEL
By means of this last graph compared to the others we can see that it was the session with the worst results. At the training beginning, the students were question about their knowledge on vital-signs monitors. Despite they had zero knowledge on this equipment, it was possible to obtain an optimal result in the training development, as shown in Table 1 presented in the results.
Through the analysis of the response times we can observe the great need to strengthen these processes since it is remarkable the difference with respect to the expert and from the strengthening of the bases we get to broader knowledge that favor the implementation of technology in medicine.
On the part of the satisfaction responses on the part of the personnel, the change was observed in the good comments by the students trained under the practice that were motivated and interested in the subject with respect to the students trained under the theoretical modality Which made comments of dissatisfaction or constructive criticism for a next event.
Implementing a process with physical technology interaction contributes to a better development in the understanding of the trained participants, since this visual stimulus helps them to record in an easier way the procedure to be performed. All the results obtained in all the scenes made It is highlighted that in this section the results were obtained More optimistic of the project, in the graphs 67 and 8 Evidence as the subjects in the question Answers to the different types of evaluation According to the satisfaction survey people were comfortable with the way of training, the comments were positive.
Through the different bibliographic resources it can be see the great need to expand knowledge and to strengthen the training plans from the grassroots and then to lead to new projects that extend throughout the field of health-care because the ability to implement biomedical technology is proportional to the health-care services quality and it avoids accidents with patients and equipment.
Based on the different graphics and on every process that represents the vital signal monitor trainning, it was found that the number of participants affects the training quality for different factors like: This is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License.

The time of reading remains the felipw of writing. The state of affairs is: On the other hand, the meditation on it: How do we relate to what relates to us fundamentally, how do we dwell in unlimited and dequalified time, how do we survive our belonging to it, if it is a matter of surviving, of not simply falling for it?
We assume that it is a matter of surviving it on the notion that time as unlimited and dequalified is historical, that is, that it has come to be, that it is not eternal and fixed—it therefore has an outside, there is an outside of the time that fundamentally determines our belonging.
It is a simple thing. If time is historical, there would be, and there would have been, another marzia. As to infrapolitics, it comes to the same: And that is a simple eflipe that, however, calls for a task: There is a thing, or the thing, but we cannot be certain that we have access to it.
There is the thing, it can always marzox. By the same token, we may have access to it. Let us bracket for the moment the thing that is only certain.
Felipe Martínez Marzoa, Imaginación trascendental e imaginación poética – PhilPapers
Every other thing is also uncertain. But it is a curious uncertainty, because of every thing we can say there is a possible certainty, even if we miss it.
In other words, there is a position of certainty for every thing in the context of everything else. This mote of dust is here or it is not: If it is not here, then we must revise our position regarding every thing else as well.
But this means, if we are properly certain of one thing, then we are properly certain of every thing else: The ens unicum, the subiectum, the what of everything, that thing of which things can be predicated a cat is. This is metaphysics, but not any metaphysics. This notion of the thing, die Sache, re, to pragma, is itself historical. So the question is about the question. If the thing ends up in the one-all, this has to do with the nature of the fundamental question behind it.
Modern metaphysics reveals itself as a distance from the thing which is at the same time a distance with the totality of things. We ask about the thing because the thing has vanished or sunk, the ens unicum is distant, and so is the one-all. And the philosophical determination of the question of the being of beings in modernity.
Both are certainly related, but there is a difference between them. If nothing else, this difference is the very alibi of modern metaphysics and science, and politics, etc. But there is no turning back to the moment prior to it. The loss is all there is. Understanding that is assuming the distance, understanding the distance as loss, the loss as distance. The one-all as unlimited continuum is loss. Every thing from now on would be an arbitrary, gratuitous cut in the continuum, every thing is just as good as any thing else—things are de-qualified [and general equivalence, which is the same thing as indifferent difference, reigns].
Being therefore means not just presence, but also and inseparably that which in presence has been left behind. The ontic prompts a question—the question makes us move towards.
When I say cat I kill the cat, when I say shoe I kill the shoe. How can one, then, thematize the ontological difference without killing the ontological difference? Modern metaphysics has always already solved that question, appealing to the non-vulgar understanding of the being of beings as one-all, unlimited continuum, the absolute.
There is therefore a peculiar mode of saying, of Saying, in modern metaphysics, just defined. But—is there an alternative Saying? Is there a Saying that could say the ontological difference without covering it over as the ontic-total vs. Could the poet be the fellow who can Say the ontological difference without killing the ontological difference?
But who is the poet? Is the poet just. Or do we invert the definition and we talk about the thinker of ontological difference as the poet? So, it is not in any case a matter of the poet being poetic and casually hitting, through her or his innate genius or poetic talent, whatever escapes the metaphysical taming, the withdrawal of Being as such in its articulation with its presencing.
We could even say that, as Willy put it in a recent comment, the last thing we need are poetic poets—they are just as bad as authentic authentics or musical musicians they always end up whistling Bulgarian wedding tunes in any case, pachan pachan.
Is Cecil Taylor a poet, in the Heideggerian sense? Is Cezanne a poet in the Heideggerian sense? Perhaps the answer is yes. But then Lope de Vega may not be a poet, Espronceda may not be a poet, Neruda may not be a poet—mere amateurs. It has to do with the fact that the ens unicum, the interdependence of the thing with the one-all, the belonging of the thing to the unlimited continuum of timespace, means that the thing is subordinate to the one-all, that what truly is is the one-all, that a thing is only insofar as it is subsumed into the one-all.
The one-all is therefore the self-positing of everything, the subjectum of everything. And this is what German Idealism would have called the ego, I, the subject.
The subject is the substance. This is the moment in modernity that begins the completion of metaphysics Nietzsche will take one more step and so forth.
The self-positing of being as substance is the moment of maximum withdrawal of the ontological difference, the moment of the triumph of Being as Presence. But, through the extreme absence of the question of the difference, the question of the difference returns as maximum presence, in the same way that only places from which even the ghosts have departed can be full of ghosts.
Releer a Kant
It is clear that the unlimited continuum is not historically new—it had been posited in the Hellenistic period. But, at that time, it was considered a state telipe affairs pertaining to the world of appearances, which could only be made consistent through theology onto-theology. Modernity does away, in regards to the unlimited continuum, with the notion that things are inconsistent, that the world of appearances is only illusion. It posits its own understanding as final—prejudice-free empirical materialism, which of course does not preempt the belief in ontotheological spirit martihez well.
Another way of saying that: And this started with Hellenism, that is, after Aristotle. Aristotle is still a thinker for whom the ontological difference counted as a problem that had to be dealt with. How does it begin? So Greece is the name of that historical beginning whose examination may help us remember the dual face of being, the ontological difference, also in madtinez starting from, the political realm.
Historia de La Filosofia I by Felipe Martinez Marzoa (Paperback / softback, 2006)
Why should we do this? Because our time, our modernity, our completion of the loss and the forgetting, our plight of having forgotten the plight itself, makes itself noted. So who is the poet? And what is a poet? It just so happens those are not Greek notions, they are Hellenistic. In Greece proper we find no word for poets, or poem, or poetry.
What we have there is a notion of an excellent Saying. And the Saying was excellent also in the sense that it was preeminent—not as it is the case with us, in which there is an objective, normative Saying, which is precisely not poetry.
So in Greece there is an excellent Saying that is excellent because it achieves relevance and preeminence. In the sense of the ontological difference: The Saying of the poet is the saying of the ontological difference. Excellent Saying says beings in reference to Being.
And was that not precisely what Dasein is supposed to accomplish as Dasein, that is, insofar as Dasein remains authentically as Dasein instead of letting itself be covered over by the inauthenticity of a false saying? If Dasein has it in itself to access Being, that is, to be responsible to the call of Being, if the voice of conscience, which calls to Being, is precisely the constant reminder of ontological difference as such, beyond the thrownness into the midst of beings, the Saying that corresponds to that is.
Can we get its possibility back from historical forgetting at the time of the full completion of metaphysical onto-theology as technology? The unlimited continuum is the unlimited continuity of the now—it is secondary if it were not secondary, there could not be things, since a thing always implies a limitit only operates on the primary absence of the question of sense which is also the question of the ontological difference. Dasein wonders about sense, because Dasein wonders about its own limit—being means limit.
The affirmation of the limit is also at the same time the questioning of the unlimited continuum. The anticipation of death is both the questioning of the unlimited continuum, the realization that it is secondary, and the priority of another temporality, a temporality that, as coming from the future, embeds the question of the ontological difference.
Time is already the ontological difference, and points to it.
Iniciación a la filosofía by Felipe Martínez Marzoa
In the mood of the unlimited continuum, however, time does not break, it simply fails. Because the one-all has no opposite, nothing is its opposite. And if the one-all confronts nothing, it does not take place. Hence his Doctrine of Eternal Return is his attempt—the last doctrine of metaphysics—to guard time from itself, that is, from its own failure—in the metaphysical mode, although inverted.
We talk about Hegel and Nietzsche, but the situation they reflect, the situation their thoughts reflect, is the general situation, that is, it also applies, for instance, to the State, and to everything else. Which means that the time of the end of metaphysics is also the time of the completion of the State, hence of the end of the State, the time of the end of ontotheological politics, etc. But Heidegger has left few indications to take his thought into realms alternative to the philosophical tradition, particularly as regards the political sphere, civil society, and the like.
And yet we can say: The scientist, the statesman or politician, the poet—they eventuate truth in different ways. The thinker is not the poet or the artist: The thinker is the hermeneutist, the reader.

Mandakranta Sen is a prominent voice in contemporary Bengali poetry. Her literary engagement spans various genres: She originally studied medicine but decided to switch tracks in the middle of her final examination and commit herself to a life in literature.
Arunava Sinha an award-winning translator of classic, modern and contemporary Bengali writing, including Sen’s poetry writes: Her Leftist leanings combine with outspoken sensuality to carve out a unique brand of forthright and yet lyrical verse, which has set a benchmark of sorts for mandakrajta Bengali poetry”.
The eight poems in this feature are from Sen’s first collection. An exuberant series of paeans to freedom, there is a stout refusal to allow an outmoded script of passive victimhood to perpetuate itself.

The “indelible script of fate” is erased without apology, and destiny rewritten “in the blue grammar book” with impunity and irrepressible schoolgirlish glee.
Disobedience in these poems is a virtue, a credo, transmuted into a lyrical manifesto. And even acts that appear to adhere to the status quo are deceptive and throw out a flirtatious but provocative challenge: Demure blue saris uncoil, morphing into tempestuous rivers in which hapless lovers with their outmoded worldviews might drown.
Virginal, sleeping nightdresses awaken as wild, winged textiles and fly away, “wildly madakranta, even as the mandakrnta of the world slumbers on — unaware of the nocturnal mutiny enacted around them.
